    See your design come to life in our six-step production process. After we share photos of your finished product, we'll dispatch your order as soon as you approve it.

01. DIGITAL DESIGNING

Our process starts with a detailed digital visualization, created by our design consultant and creative team. This concept is presented to you for review, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations before moving forward with production.

02. PATTERN MAKING

Once the design is approved, our skilled artisans create precise patterns that serve as the blueprint for your custom piece, ensuring a perfect fit and style.

03. LEATHER SELECTION

For custom leather products, we dye and finish the leather in-house at our own tannery, which usually takes 2-3 weeks. If the garment is to be made of fabric, the production team sources the material from our trusted vendors.

04. CUTTING & STITCHING

Once the leather arrives at our production facility, it is sent for cutting and then stitched to create your custom piece.

05. EMBROIDERY, EMBOSSED & ENGRAVING

If custom project involves embroidery, printing or any 3-D printed accessory, it is sent to the respective department after stitching

06. QUALITY CHECK

Once the final product is ready, each piece undergoes rigorous quality control inspection. We meticulously scrutinize the garment from every angle to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship.
