We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 15-day return or exchange period for your convenience.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a 3 to 5 working days.

Colours may slightly vary depending on your screen brightness.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND CONDITIONS

Please be aware of the following return exclusions and requirements:

  • Personalized or Customized Products: These cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Gift Cards: All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Item Condition: All returned items, including complimentary ones, must be unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and in a resellable condition with the packing slip.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet these conditions.

Our Commitment to Quality

Creating bespoke jackets involves meticulous attention to detail. To ensure your satisfaction, we incorporate the following measures:

  • Design & Quality: Before your jacket is shipped, we provide photos of the final product for your review. This allows you to evaluate the design, material, and stitching before it leaves our facility.
  • Sizing: When you place a custom order, our Customer Service team will request your body measurements. Please use our sizing guide to ensure accurate measurements. Accurate sizing helps prevent fit issues, but if the jacket still doesn’t fit as expected, we will provide the first alteration free of charge. Note that you will be responsible for shipping the jacket back to us.

REFUND POLICY

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable. Since each jacket is tailored to your specific preferences, including style, material, and accessories, we are unable to resell custom items.
